New Release: Truly Me

Melody's release date has been known for awhile now, but a bunch of items for the Truly Me line have also been released on the same day as Melody.

The Gourmet Kitchen Set is a wooden kitchen with an oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers.

It also includes over 65 pieces in the set to go with the kitchen. Some of these include a pot, pan, baking sheet, measuring cups and spoons, a mixer and two attachments, a rolling pin and dough, a toaster, lots of pretend food, a salt and pepper shaker, butter dish, spice jars, flour and sugar, a trash can, chair, apron, hot pad, recipe box and cards, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. We are so excited for this set. It is super cute and comes with so much! This whole set costs $225.

If you don't have the money for the full kitchen set, American Girl also released several food sets at a much more affordable price.

The Waffle Breakfast Set includes a heart shaped waffle iron, two heart waffles, strawberries, syrup, orange juice, plates and forks. This is very similar to the Breakfast in Bed Set from American Girl that is retired. It costs $24.

The Lasagna Dinner Set includes a pan of lasagna, a serving spatula, two pieces of lasagna, two slices of garlic bread, a container of olive oil, two plates and two forks. This set costs $24.

The Blender & Milkshake Set includes a blender, box of ice cream, a bottle of chocolate syrup, two milkshakes, and an ice cream scooper. This set costs $24.

This set is a doll sized William's Sonoma Cupcake Set. It includes a spatula, four cupcakes, four cupcake holders, a pan, a jar of sprinkles, a cupcake display and a cookbook. This set costs $24.

The Dining Table and Chairs comes with two white chairs with blue and pink cushions, a white and silver table, two plates, cups, forks, napkins, and a pitcher. This set costs $85.

The Salon Chair & Wrap Set comes with a salon chair, a spa wrap, a pair of flip-flops and a ribbon headband, This set costs $60.

The new Hair Salon Scene is a scene for dolls that can be used as a backdrop while playing. It can be folded up for storage. It costs $15.

The True Blue Hairstyling Caddy includes a salon caddy, eight bobby pins, eight clips, eight hairbands, four bow clips, 25 elastics, a hair pick, and a pretend curling iron and hair dryer. This set costs $50.

The Hairstyle Essentials Set includes a misting bottle, doll brush, 12 curlers, curling papers,hairpins, and a salon cape. This set costs $20.

The Ready to Style Hair Kit includes a bottle of hair smoothing spray, a hairbrush, heart clips, claw clips, elastics, hairbands, a headband, a clear pouch for storage, and a hair style guide. This set costs $24.

Two new Truly Me dolls have also been released today!

Truly Me doll #65 has light skin, layered red hair and blue eyes. She comes in the Lilac Dress and costs $115.

Truly Me doll #66 has medium skin, black-brown hair, and brown eyes. She comes in the Lilac Dress and costs $115.

The Sparkle and Spin Skating Dress is my personal favorite item of today's release. It comes with a coral colored leotard and skirt, a pair of pants, white skates, pink skate guards, and a headband. It costs $38.

The Enchanting Winter Outfit includes a white sweater, quilted light blue skirt and matching tights, white fur trimmed boots and a white fur headband. This set costs $36.

The Merry Magenta Outfit comes with a magenta lace dress with a ribbon belt, a matching jeweled headband, black shoes with gems on the toe and a matching black purse with a metal chain strap. This set costs $36.

The Golden Sparkle Outfit comes with a gold sparkly tunic, black leggings, gold shoes, a gold ring, and matching black headband with gold gems. It costs $36.

Both of us absolutely love these Holiday Penguin PJ's! They come with a light pink pajama top, penguin printed leggings, red boots with a white trim and pink bow, and two red hairbands. This set costs $24.

The last item of this Truly Me release is the Christmas Eve Set. It includes a silver sequin stockings, a red and white striped lollipop, a pretend glass of milk and plate of cookies, a blue gift box, a beaded snowflake bracelet, a Santa hat, and a mini The Night Before Christmas book. This set costs $32.
